PT8.56.04 Query Security Tree Description updated with oprid during migration

We have upgraded Peopletools to 8.56.04.  We have always migrated query security trees using app designer but now we notice that when the trees migrate, the descr is updated with the lastupdoprid and the lastupdoprid is updated with the lastupddttm from the source environment.  I am not finding a bug for this issue so wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this.
