NY Cyber Security - Aduiting Tables - GL and AP

We are in the processing of turning on Auditing for items that are deemed 'Financially Significant' for our AP (Vouchers) and GL (Journals) functions.  I am wondering if anyone else has and if so, what tables did you audit?
