nVision error - The access mode might have changed

I have a user attempting to run a nVision report and she is receiving the following error:

Current user do not have access to request 'request name'

Under the 'Explain Description' it says the following:  The access mode might have changed for this report request and not longer accessible by the current user.

How do I determine the 'Access mode' that is needed for this report and whether or not my user has the security to it?

Neither my teammate or myself have much experience with nVision so any help on how the security is structured or how to determine what each layout is accessing would be helpful.
