Peoplesoft Test framework

We are currently using PeopleSoft 9.2 and People Tools 8.55.23 , We are trying to Install PeopleSoft Test Framework and trying to do some test.  We are having few issues, is any one can help us? Thanks.

1. while we are trying to connect the PTF client we are getting this message ' Secure Connection failed due to invalid SSL certificates. Please contact the Environment administrator. Click 'OK' to try an unsecure connection',

    we did as in the doc (Doc ID 2040411.1 , Doc ID 1920258.1), but still it is displaying the message, how can we avoid getting that message?,  our gateway server is not https and our gateway servers are different than the PIA server ( we have dedicate gateway servers)
