PO is not getting autocreated after enabling spotbuy

PO is not getting autocreated after enabling spotbuy. We followed the metalink doc id 2244708.1 and 2244757.1 to setup Spot Buy but after approving the Requisition, PO was not auto created. We are on Oracle R12.2.7 version. Can anyone please help? Thank You
