Collections Agent Responsibility

Hello experts.

I have a question from one on the managers on our AR team

We have a 2 levels of a access to Collections  Manager & Collections Agent

The latter is based on the out of box Oracle menu IEX_COLLECTIONS_AGENT

The question is can we configure access/new responsibility to allow one of the AR team to update the notes (Notes as in Strategy Work Items) but not have access to Work Items/Promises etc

Not sure this is going to be possible

Could anyone confirm or deny?
