Upgrade from 12.1.3. to 12.2.7 Email Notification is incorrectly displayed when open from Mobile

When users are receiving notification on mobile for approval of purchasing requisitions, they see some blank page but if we scroll down  atleast 5-6 pages then we see some part of notification. We recently upgraded to R12.2.7 from 12.1.3. Did some one also faced this issue and have any solution for this. Please also see the attached example from both 12.1.3 and 12.2.7 systems.
