Why is my UWQ empty? or incorrect?

When you run across issues where the data in the UWQ doesn't seem correct or is missing, you'll want to review the following note for troubleshooting steps prior to logging an SR with support.

Doc ID 784274.1 Why is the UWQ blank or not Showing Correct Data?

The data that is displayed in the UWQ is only as current as the data in the IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY table.  The only "live" data in the UWQ will be in the Delinquent Transaction nodes.  All other IEX nodes read a summary table.

Lastly, the UWQ is also known as the Collector's Work Queue.
