Converting Crystal Reports to BI Publisher

We are upgrading to Tools version 8.55 beginning this Fall. We have several reports developed in Crystal that run from our Crystal Server that use our HRIS and FMS data. Does anyone have experience continuing to use Crystal in this manner even though Tools 8.55 does not support Crystal?
