Carry ID Feature in Fluid

PeopleSoft has a feature, so that if you’re looking at an employee’s record, and you open another page with the same key structure, that same person automatically pulls up on the new page. This is called the “Carry ID” feature.
In Fluid, this still works if you navigate to a page the old-fashioned way, or through your Favorites… but if a page is called up within a Navigation Collection from a Tile, the Carry ID feature doesn’t work.
Is there a setting for this, or is it known that this won’t work in Nav. Collections?
