My Preferences General Settings

WE cloned the permission list PTPT1000 - we removed menu/comp/pages we didn't want users to see nor use. 

We removed following from our PL:

     

Root\Fluid Structure Content\My Preferences\General Settings      PANEL=PTGP_USER_PERS_FLPTGP_MENUGBLPTGP_USER_PERS_FLPTGP_USER_PERS_FL
Root\Fluid Structure Content\My Preferences\General Settings PANEL=PTGP_USER_PREF_FTPTGP_MENUGBLPTGP_USER_PREF_FTPTGP_USER_PERS_FL

When adding it back - General Setting is not showing on the left navigation of My Preferences.

Is there another setting or an iscript or something that needs to be set?
