Duplicate TDS invoice created if hold released

Hi,

Found duplicate TDS invoices created for the standard invoices which were in hold and released. It was actually bug 27768221 and fix released. Referred the doc 2401858.1 and there instructed to apply the patch 27768221 and ensure the file version of jai_ap_dtc_gen.plb is 109.

Have applied the june consolidation patch 28124448 and had the jai_ap_dtc_gen.plb version 110, which is above the suggested level. But the issue is not fixed and still persists.

Is there anything I have to check?
