Webservices connector

Hello,

We are working on implementing provisioning for one of our applications and the users/roles are maintained in a PostgreSQL db.

As DBAT connector is not certified(and ofcourse, didnt work when tried) for Postgresql, we are planning to implement via Webservices connector.

Question is - Does Webservices connector need extra licenses to be used for production? Or, its bundled with OIM?
