Frame Busting code for Siebel 15.13

We have a Siebel 15.13 eConsumer application. We have a major security need, which unless resolved, will lead to a shutdown of the application by Client security department.

Siebel 15.13 does not certify older browsers to be used. However, if a hacker wants, they can open it in any browser. I have personally tried on older Mozilla and IE, and Siebel still opens with limited functionality. Do you have an idea on the following?

1. Do we have a frame busting code, which Oracle recommends, which can be used to limit the amount of information shared while using older browsers? A Oracle certified frame busting code will help, if available. Example of such a code is given below:
