The team has lost our pivotal PUM person, which has left the team a bit lost on several key processes. I was inquiring to see if you could share with me some of your knowledge regarding the technical side and how you manage your team. We are also looking for some information on the initial topics noted below and any help would be greatly appreciated:

  • Macro Overview of the PUM Process – from first time system configuration to production implementation
  • Recommended PUM Business Process
  • Change Assistant  Do’s & Don’ts
  • Testing & Training Environment – how does your team build PUM packages and test implementation environments
