OAM PS3 pswrd policy issue

OAM PS3

OUD 11.1.2.2.3 (bp-03 applied) and still same issue.

Configured pswrd policy by modifying OUD OUD_PWDPersonSchema.ldif.

Configured dcc webgate

However when i try to login host:7778 i get generic error in UI

System error. Please contact the System Administrator.

And in oam diagnostic ..
