Order of applying PRPs?

We are PS 9.2 / PT 8.56.07 customers who have just recently completed a 'get current' using PI 25.  Due to the 'get current' work, we have not yet applied Tax Update 18B to our environments and are planning on implementing now.  We noticed that in addition to TU 18B, several patches (PRPs) have been delivered that we will need to apply to PI 26 in order to get the changes associated with the Oregon State Transit Tax applied to our environments.
