Email Approvals issue with Outlook Format.

Hi,

I have enabled email approval for payable. But the approver receives mail in a simple text format.Not able to do any actions like Approve or Deny.

Outlook Version:

2007 onward.

Replication Steps:

1. created a voucher and submitted for approval.

2. Approver receives a mail in text format.Buttons are disabled.

So I have to open the mail in IE and select the action and submit.

I heard that outlook 2007,2013,2016 using a word rendering so HTML mails will be displayed in text format all the actionable items Like Buttons,Radio Buttons will display as a text.

Do we have any other option to show html mail properly.
