Fluid ESS as the landing page upon login

Hi,

we are on 8.55.19 and we would like to have Fluid ESS as the landing page upon login in for all the employee. I noticed some employee with MSS access lands on fluid MSS homepage upon login in. If the landing page determined by the security then how do I change and force it to send them to ESS homepage regardless of their security.
