Application Data Set for Migrating Recruiting Solutions Setup Tables

Has anyone created an Application Data Set for migrating Recruiting Solutions setup tables using Data Set Designer component and the Data Migration Workbench?  If so how well did it work and would you be willing to share the data set configuration?

We are implementing RS 9.2.26 on PT 8.55.20 currently.
