Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Voucher Upload - Invalid procedure call or argument

My business partner is attempting an Excel Voucher Upload and is getting the following error:

'Invalid procedure call or argument'

I've copied the spreadsheet and run it against my development region and it is working.

Any idea on what the error is referring to and why it errors for Production and not Development?
