Error: Action Valid For Only Manager or HR - How to Identify HR Employees

Hi everyone,

Is anyone familiar with the error below? It happens to appear when an employee selects (in this scenario) the Manager/Review Approval option for ESS Timecards via P051125.

Let's say an HR employee wanted to review or approve timecards (without using the Delegates feature), how/where would you identify that employees are a part of HR in order for them to be able to perform these Manager/HR actions?

Just curious as to how this is to be setup and how it works.
