IEX: Promise Reconciliation - FAILS

IEX: Promise Reconciliation - erroring out ....It is a subprogram of 'Strategy Set (Report Set)'

the Log file shows the below:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01086: savepoint 'PROCESS_ALL_PROMISES_PVT' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-06512: at "APPS.IEX_PROMISES_BATCH_PUB", line 1107

ORA-01086: savepoint 'PROCESS_PROMISES_PVT' nev

Please provide solution.  It is urgent.  For the last 4 days, the request set is failed in PROD.
