Elastic Search - Cref's under hidden folders(hide from portal navigation)

We enabled Global Search through Elastic . But we are seeing the cref's that are under Hidden folders(hide from portal navigation checked on the folder cref).

Can anyone face the same issue? Is this a bug? If so, is there a fix for this?
