Queries not available under Query Prompts tab

I have 9 queries being used in an nVision layout. These nine queries are in the production environment. The layout is also on the PSNT Production Server.

I know that the queries will not be displayed immediately after entering the layout name and that you have to update the display, search for the Report Request again and then the query prompts will appear, it is that the queries do not appear at all. They do not exist in the PS_PTNVSLYTQRY record.

This is only an issue in our Production environment. Running the sql,

select * from PS_PTNVSLYTQRY where layout_id = '<LAYOUT_NAME>;
