Report to check delinquencies without strategies

Hi!

Sometimes strategy is closed automatically, due to last working item is closed by "time out". Please suggest a report, which we can use to find out delinquencies without strategy assignment. We're trying "IEX: Strategies Report", but it shows only assigned stretegies.
