PeopleSoft 8.55 Error - service HomepageT, CREF with URL can not be found:

Recently we went live with Peopletools 8.55.21. When we navigate from Portal HUB to HCM then peoplesoft logout screen is showing without navigating to the target page. When we checked at the app server log we found this error service HomepageT, CREF with URL can not be found:

This issue we observed only in Chrome. IE is working fine.

Anyone came across this issue?
