Document E-BI/XMLP: How To Password Protect PDF Documents At Runtime? (Doc ID 1355332.1)

The document 1355332.1 has an attached zip file that contains "a project including an application engine sample created to specify the PDF password at runtime using PeopleCode 'setRunTimeProperties' API for the delivered XRFWIN BI Publisher report.   The application engine code could be customized depending of the business needs."

When we download, unzip and apply the project, we are just seeing an app engine shell.  There are no sections associated with it and no peoplecode.  Is there another place I can view the project details?
