Need OIM JAR clarification

Can someone direct me to where I can find the required JARS for OIM 11gr2 ps3 relating to notifications, scheduled tasks and API development?

Also, can anyone direct/tell me when iam-features-notification.jar was deprecated? I have not been able to find any information relating to this JAR. I was working with adding a new notification and had a library conflict with iam-features-notifications.jar and oimclient.jar. We are surprised we haven't run into this before with any of our environments.
