Elastic Search - No results returned issue (PT 8.56.06/ES 2.3.2)

Hi,

We have recently implemented Elastic search with PeopleTools 8.56.06 and ES 2.3.2

All test are success in Search instance setup and also, round trip test is working fine.

We deployed PTPORTALREGISTRY and tried to search, but it is not returning any result.

Below are the message log entries we found when we run full search index.

Total documents processed is 10349 and  Total rows processed 66697

Successfully generated total 0 segments for language ENG

Base Language documents published

Document Segment Published

Total segments published: 0, Total segments success: 0, Total segments error: 0

Total documents in ES for this search definition: 10349

Have anyone faced similar issue?
