Physical JSON not Found for Package

Right now, we are going through a C9.2 upgrade. Oracle Corporation did the data conversion for us. On the new C9.2 environment we are having integration broker issue.

This is the error when testing online the  integration broker document:

  Physical JSON not Found for Package

This is the error I am getting when saving one of the issue integration broker document:

Error saving document. (244,76)

Collection child exports must not be an attribute node type. (244,175)

If the collection has a primitive child, it must be of type element.

Have you guys seen the above errors before?
