Hi,

Reassign Notifications When Owner is Terminated

- Login as the Workflow Administrator using the

responsibility "Workflow Administrator Web (New)"

- Click on Status Monitor

- Look for the stuck workflow

- Execute the search

- Select the workflow and click on Action History

- Click on the blue man under 'Reassign' to reassign the notification

- Leave the delegate feature checked. (The transfer option is not supported)

- Select the new Approver from the list of values

- Save the changes.

Then get error message as below.

ORA-20002: 3202: Notification '1556320' is not currently open. ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_ENGINE", line 5931 ORA-06512: at line 1
