PO with 2way matching still user can raise GRN, can we disable this option if PO created with 2way,i

Hello Members,

PO with 2way matching still user can raise GRN, can we disable this option if PO created with 2way ? if yes pls share the setup process with sequence_wise.

If GRN done by mistake or user doen't know the cirmcumstances then what accounting entry will be created for GST & receiving inventory and Exp AP Accural account.

Pls advice.
