OFI: Confirm Taxes at receipt

- What is the rational behind Oracle providing confirm taxes for every receipt

- What if user misses to confirm taxes at receipt stage. Whether Oracle will allow to save without confirming tax at receipt stage

- What if user misses to confirm taxes at deliver stage also (both steps i.e receipt & deliver). Whether Oracle will allow to save without confirming tax at deliver stage

- Any solution/alternative to get the confirm taxes selected/ticked by default for all transaction instead of performing manually

- Mass performing of receipt for multiple PO with confirm taxes at one single click. I see we have option of 'Allow Express Transactions' in receiving options. Please clarify
