patches for Access manager and Identity manager

I'm a fairly new IAM administrator and I need some assistance determining what patches I actually need to maintain my applications.

I'm only looking for sustainment for these applications, not to upgrade.

I tried searching in the knowledge base, but my question isn't straightforward to need the "latest patches". only what's required if that makes sense.

My versions are below.

Weblogic Version 10.3.6.0

OAM Version 11.1.2.3.0

OIM Version 11.1.2.3.0
SOA Version 11.1.1.9.0

OHS Version 11.1.1.9.0

ODSM 11.1.2.3.1 (OUD)
OUD Oracle Unified Directory 11.1.2.3.170718
Java 1.7.0_171
