Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Troubleshooting the use of CI_PERSONAL_DATA

Hello,

I'm struggling to add a POI through the CI_PERSONAL_DATA component interface in PeopleTools 8.55.13.

It has been working in our development environment for weeks and suddenly stopped.
I have tried to load many different types of POI's and none work.

I'm hoping you can see some glaring errors in my approach and help me with a proper course correction.

What really drives me crazy is that this code is so darn simplistic that the reason has to be right in front of me but I just cannot see it.

Here is the error that is causing me fits.
