AWE 9.2 Financials How can I override approver "Skipped" when requestor

Hi,

I have a custom workflow that allows the approver to submit an application (form) on behalf of an applicant.   When this happens, the delivered AWE code sets the approver to "Skipped" and the transaction does not show in the in that approvers worklist.    Is there way to override the delivered functionality of the "Skip"?     I don't want to use Self-Approval, because the approver needs to provide data and assign the next approver in the workflow.
