Enterprise Operations Monitor question

sorry if this is the wrong forum. If there is a better one that someone knows of, please let me know. this is the only one I could find that's close to relative (plus we use SBC and I check this one a lot).

I'm trying to figure out if you can ssh to EOM - a product of Communications Session Monitor.

Has anyone done that?
