Save for Later function in Regular Entry

Hi,

Currently, when a voucher is created with incomplete details, users have the option to Save For Later. However, when re-entering on the regular entry page > payment tab, the fields are not editable. Does someone know how to make this editable since the voucher was saved for later and the payment tab needs to be available for further changes in the fields.
