PeopleTools 8.56 Getting message "Unable to load Homepage 'DEFAULT_LP" on login

I have a PeopleTools only database for support of the PeopleSoft Monitor system. While working on tiles for a default homepage, I must have done something to get this error above, and now i can't login 4 tier. Any ideas?
