How to modify Requisition Change FYI(Simplified) workflow email notification

Hello All

We are on Oracle R12.2.7 version and I have one issue regarding he FYI notification. So during the requisition stages(created form iProcurement), we have seen one workflow notification named as "Requisition Change FYI(Simplified)" and Internal name as "PO_REQ_FYI_SIMPLE" . When user receives the notification, he/she can only see the header part and there are no information of Requisition lines and also there is no link present of View Requisition in the workflow notification email. Is there anyway that we can add the  "View Requisition" link in FYI notification and also if requisition lines can also be seen in the FYI notification?
