Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. GST amount not reversed with AR Transaction

Hi,

I have created one Transaction with GST. I want to create the credit note.

Manual credit note I can create with GST. in Auto credit option GST is not reversed.

My Transaction

Go to Actions --> Credit

when I save or complete the transaction. GST is not reversed.

Could you please have a look.
