Not being able to save favorites from the Global Search CS 9.2

Hi, we are on CS 9.2 and using Elastic Search. When doing a Global Search and you select a page, you are unable to save it as a favorite.  and we see below error . Any idea on this?

This page can't be added as a favorite, because it is not registered in this portal
