Pay for a transaction in different periods

We have an AR Transaction which is pulled into OIC.  Now our business want to pay this transaction to the sales team over the period of 5 years once in a year.

Eg: AR Invoice is generated for $5000.  This invoice is pulled into OIC.  In a normal every day scenario comp on this invoice will be paid in the same month.  But our business users want to pay the commission on this transaction over the period of 5 years.  They want to pay comp on $1000 in this year, pay the comp on another $1000 in next year.  Like this they want to pay for 5 years.
