Is anyone using Vertex to integrate with Billing for Value Added Taxes (VAT)?

We are looking to possibly integrate Vertex with our PeopleSoft Billing product for Value Added Tax / Goods and Services Taxes worldwide.  Does anyone have any experience with this, or is there another solution you are using for these taxes?
