How to open the file references in Application designer?

We applied few bug fix patches recently in DEMO and got the entire project migrated from DEMO to DEV environment. The objects in the project have been migrated. However, the SQR file and few DMS scripts from the project is not migrated. I understand that we need to manually place SQR file and execute the DMS scripts via Data Mover. However, I am not able to open the content of these files in DEV / DEMO. Please suggest what should be done in case of file references. Thanks!
