Unable to boot Process scheduler domain

We have a process scheduler only machine which is windows 2012 R2 PeopleTools 8.55.19 HCM 9.2.

We installed the required Java, Tuxedo, rolling patch and 8.55.19 tools. The Process scheduler domains is created successfully however its doesn't boot up. We are getting the following errors
