Hyperlinks in the Push Notifications

We went live with Push Notifications framework for Process Scheduler. We are on CS 9.2 and Ptools 8.55.23. We are noticing that the notifications are not consistent.

We expected every notification to have a hyperlink to view the report. For example: Process Completed and Report is Available to View for xxxxx. If you click on the 'Available to View' hyperlink, it takes you to the report that was generated.

Here are questions we are trying to understand. I posted these in an SR a month and still waiting for answers.

1. Some reports do not have a hyperlink to the view the report. What makes the hyperlinks in the notifications to appear?
