GL Workcenter does not take into account user preferences for actions allowed in the Journals Ready

We do not allow our journal enterers to post their own journals, however we discovered that GL Workcenter does not take into account user preferences for actions allowed in the Journals Ready for Processing page. After we implemented the GL workcenter, we discovered some of our journal enterers have posted their journals from the workcenter. We would like Oracle support to check the GL user preferences to determine which actions to display.
