FCM Email notification

HI team,

FCM 11.1.2.4.201

We had setup email notification for FCM and the users are receiving emails for closed and locked schedules as well. Is there any way to identify on why this is happening? Our assumption is that  Email notifications will be sent only for schedules which are not in closed/locked status . The notifications are send correctly for open schedules without any issues but for specific closed/locked schedules (not all of them), the users are still receiving email. Has someone seen this issue before?Any insights will be highly appreciated. We are not using ARM.
